FAQs

Whats this game all about?

You start out by being given a new Planet on the edge of the Tarsus universe. You can essentially play the game how you like but most empires try and conquer other planets to work their way up the ranks.

You can begin finding your way around the game by clicking on the buttons on the right of your map. These will open the menu for your Empires list of fleets, planets, messages, reports, faction etc.

Clicking on your planet list, and then selecting your planet will focus your planet on the map. If you then click on your planet it will bring up your planets menu.

You can upgrade the buildings on your planet to produce resources faster, also you can create ships from your planet which you can then move around on through the universe. Ships are used to attack other planets or ships. You can also gain more resources by sending your fleets to attack planets and if successful they will steel resources from the planet. You can then take this resources back to your own planet to help you grow faster.

Where are planet buildings?

Buildings on your planet dictate how strong your planet is. The most important buildings are refineries, which produce resources for your planet. Upgrading these will mean resources are produced faster on your planet.

The next most important building is your warehouse, the size of which limits the amount of resources you can store on your planet. Upgrading this building means you can store more resources.

How do I build a Ship?

From your planet menu you can see a ship yard option. This is where you will design all of your ships, you can choose from many options to make your ship better at being a scout, defender, attacker or a frieghter. Building a ship costs resources that your planet produces so you can only build what you can afford. It is important to use the right ship for the right job.

What is a Fleet?

A fleet is made of one or more ships. Every ship is placed in a fleet, but from the fleets menu you can join or fleets into different ships. So you could have a fleet made up of all attacking ships, defending ships, or a combination of both.

You can move fleets around the Tarsus Universe to attack, trade, scout and defend.

What is a Faction?

Any Empire can create a faction, the problem is getting other strong empires to join. You can also try to join other factions too, as you can only join an existing faction by invitation.

Good factions will work together to make themselves more powerful.
